How Does it Work?
While Open Emails are assigned to sales, purchasing, and open inventory transfer request documents are sent to business partners via SAP Business One Mailer or Microsoft Outlook.
For Printed Documents :
If a given document was also printed, it is assigned with the status “Open – Printed, E-Mailed”.
Number of Recipients:
“View Sent Emails” option from the context menu enables you to find the number of recipients related to a document from the Email. The number of recipients is indicated in the brackets.
These tracking & follow-up features are available from SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2008 and SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2008, version for SAP HANA.
