SAP Business One implementations, cloud subscriptions, support (AMC) and TEKAI subscriptions are provided only under separate signed agreements between TEKROI and the customer. Those agreements — not these Terms — govern scope, pricing, service levels (including the 99.9% hosting SLA referenced in our cloud plans), data processing and each TEKAI deployment's security workbook. Prices, plans and timelines shown on the Website (including standard-scope six-week go-lives and published subscription pricing) are indicative and subject to the terms of the signed agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The Website and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, TEKAI and TEKROI marks — are owned by TEKROI or its licensors. TEKAI and TEKROI are marks of TEKROI Private Limited. SAP, SAP Business One and SAP HANA are trademarks of SAP SE. Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity are marks of their respective owners. You may not reproduce Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Customer references and testimonials
Customer names, logos, quotes and case studies appear on the Website with the relevant customer's cooperation. They describe those customers' experiences and do not guarantee particular outcomes for any other business.
5. Third-party services and links
The Website may reference or link to third-party services, including AI interface providers (such as Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity), SAP resources, WhatsApp and social platforms. TEKROI is not responsible for third-party content or terms; your use of third-party services is governed by their own agreements.
